The location was very accessible. i found the accessibility to key transportation hubs helpful. the rooms were clean. I appreciated the attention to detail. the reception team was friendly with a cute atmosphere.

i found the location quite advantageous it was near the metro stop making it simple to navigate the area also walking to marianplatz for the christmas market was very feasible from the hotel. the room was adequately warm which i appreciated . the staff was generally friendly and available to assist with directions.
the shower felt a bit cramped given its tiny size though it was manageable for a short stay. i also noted that the floors was somewhat worn in certain spots.

the staff members generally showed eagerness to help guests and provided assistance when needed this included offering directions and attending to basic requests i found them approachable and fairly responsive there i did not have any problems.

i did notice kennedy's irish bar across from the hotel it presents a handy option for meals or drinks outside the hotel itself a variety of restaurants and shops are within walking distance so one can easily find many things there.

i was able to park in the hotel lot before check-in this was certainly convenient. it is worth mentioning there is no air conditioning system so the windows are important for ventilation. windows do provide a reasonable breeze.

the location is central with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. the room had blinds that effectively blocked sunlight. i asked for a fan, and the reception readily provided one since the room gets warm.
The bathroom design is not ideal. The toilet is very close to the wall. there isn't much room to sit comfortably. this made the bathroom feel cramped and inconvenient

the location is very central near the u-bahn and within a short walk to the main square i found the accessibility great. the staff were helpful when i needed something. the large tree outside my window was a nice sight, and i enjoyed hearing the birds in the morning.
the carpets in the corridors looked shabby and grimy.
